Tricked out Dream Lottery homes a real treat

ribbon cutting ceremony at Dream Home

Representatives from Dream Lottery cut the ribbon on the Highland Green Estates Dream Home.

It’s October, and the Fall edition of Dream Lottery (LL11193) is back with some real treats. The lottery quickly sold out this past Spring and could do it again by offering a choice between one of two tricked-out, fully furnished prize homes or a cool $1 million cash.

From the main floor master suite to the secondary kitchen, the Magnolia Refined Rustic Dream Home is meticulously designed to accommodate diverse lifestyles. Built by Mike Holmes approved home builder, Wastell Homes, this 4,665 sq. ft. home valued at more than $1.62 million, boasts architectural character and French country farmhouse-inspired finishes; like a two-storey family room, a vaulted ceiling in the eat-in kitchen, and wood beams in the dining room. Textured, sophisticated finishes marry with cutting-edge, modern conveniences to create a contemporary farmhouse aesthetic.

Beautifully designed and exceptionally built, the $1.45 million Highland Green Estates Dream Home by Reis Design + Build, is a sprawling, single-storey home boasting 4,130 square feet that showcases a seamless transition between form and function. It fuses old world and traditional exterior design elements with the modern amenities you’d expect to find inside today’s luxury homes; including the latest and greatest in smart home automation, designer finishes and custom millwork.

There are many other prizes to be won in the early and final draws, such as cars, travel, jewellery and more. The lottery will also shell out an additional month of winning with a new Money & Memories Calendar Lottery (LL11196) with a prize each day in February and March (previous calendar lotteries were one-month long). The 50/50 (LL11195) is back, with a guaranteed payout of $250,000 and a prize pool that can keep growing. It topped $1 million in the last draw, with the winner taking half.

Best of all, the community wins too.

“Dream Lottery makes winners of us all, because the funds raised stay local, to support the great care patients receive at our regional hospitals in London,” says St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation President and CEO Michelle Campbell.

Dream Lottery has raised almost $37 million (net) since 1996; helping fund the latest medical technology, equipment and research studies that lead to new medical breakthroughs and treatments.

Tickets can be purchased at the Dream homes, participating hospital foundations, Shoppers Drug Mart locations in London and St. Thomas, by calling 519-488-7100, or online at www.dreamitwinit.ca.
