It's the little things that make the biggest difference

Imagine coming to St. Joseph’s for a breast MRI on a cold winter morning. You’re sitting in a private room, in a hospital gown, waiting to be called back for your scan. You aren’t sure what awaits you. Your journey of care is just beginning.

And then a nurse walks in the room and hands you a soft, warm blanket. You drape it over your hospital gown and the journey ahead starts to feel just a little bit easier.

Sometimes it’s the smallest details that make the biggest difference. St. Joseph’s warming cabinets evenly heat blankets to help people feel calm and comfortable while they are receiving care. A warm blanket provides a nice touch, whether a patient is waiting for an MRI or recovering from surgery.

This is what Season of Celebration is all about: care and comfort for patients during the holiday season and all year-round. By making a donation, you help provide the simple items that make every day warmer and more comfortable.
