History of the Season

The Season of Celebration campaign began in 1990 with a single question from the care giving team, “How can we make the Christmas season a little brighter for those in our care who can’t go home for the holidays?” More than twenty years later, Season of Celebration is a tradition, as treasured as the season it celebrates.

For 29 years, you've helped to raise more than $5.7 million dollars, which directly benefits the care and comfort patients and residents receive across St. Joseph’s. Thanks to donors like you, patients have access to specialized and compassionate care. Whether it’s a short visit or longer-stay, your gift to Season of Celebration provides warmth and comfort all year round.
