Paul Dugsin currently is a Managing Partner at Magnus Associates, a London-based strategic consultancy and Magnus Asset Management, a company that directs subsidiary organizations in diverse sectors (including software, financial services, and advanced manufacturing). Paul Dugsin is a strategic planner that drives major initiatives for large private sector and institutional clients in Canada, the US, Germany, and Brazil. Some of Paul’s special areas of focus include: complex and international partnership development, large-scale innovation and R&D strategy, resource alignment, and multi-party funding initiatives. Paul has secured nearly $1B in funds for client initiatives.
As a co-founder of the Magnus group of entities, Paul drives value creation for his clients (Magnus Associates), fellow shareholders (Magnus Asset Management), and is currently building a private, sustainable investment eco-system focusing on linking post-seed, pre-Series A companies with high net worth investors. Paul is also a Senior Associate in the Innovation Policy Lab, Munk School of Global Affairs, University of Toronto, and an Advisory Board Member to the Translational Health Graduate Program at the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. Paul is part of the TRIUM community ( www.triumemba.org ), an integrated Global EMBA graduate degree program issued by the London School of Economics (UK), New York University, and HEC School of Management (France). Paul holds an HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University. Paul is the Vice-Chair of the St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation’s Operations Committee and co-leads one of the foundation’s councils.
