Brenda Lewis has spent her career in the field of human resources and employee health, specializing in career management, training, executive search and business development. A graduate of Western University, her experience includes senior management roles with KPMG Consulting, business development with Homewood Health, as well as managing an independent consulting practice. Brenda has worked with dozens of organizations in the planning and development of continuous improvement and workforce reorganization projects, supervisory and management training, employee assistance and disability management programs, succession planning and executive coaching initiatives.
She has volunteered her time with organizations, such as the United Way, London Health Sciences Foundation and The Livingston Centre and, has also shared her expertise as a board member at Pathways Skill Development, the London Club where, in 2005, she was President and Chair of the Board and St. Joseph’s Health Care Foundation. While on the Foundation Board, she was a member of the Executive Committee, Finance and Audit, Events and Planning, Chair of the Governance Committee and Chair of the 2013 Breakfast of Champions Event.
As a third year Hospital Board Member, Brenda is the Chair of their Governance Committee and serves on the Executive Committee as well as the Hospital Board Representative for the Foundation.
