Community Events
Every year, individuals and organizations plan fun and exciting events that raise thousands of dollars in support of patient and resident care.  These events are hosted for many reasons including:

• Wanting to give back to health care
• Honouring a loved one
• Paying tribute to a special someone who has passed on
• Raising awareness of, and funds toward, a specific cause or program

Planning your own fundraising event can be as simple as a golf tournament or dinner between friends, or as big as a community run, benefit concert or “a-thon”.  Decide on an event that you and your group are passionate about and it’s bound to be a success.
